Recent Expert Witness work

This is a list of organisations for which Professor Last has acted as an Expert Witness recently. For police forces or the Crown Prosecution Service he has carried out forensic analyses, prepared Expert Witness Statements and Exhibits, or appeared in court. For solicitors, while the tasks have been broadly similar, the results have been used to assist in the preparation of defence cases. Most of this work has concerned GPS satellite navigation equipment, tracking systems for motor vehicles, GPS and mobile phone jamming, or covert surveillance equipment. The contents of the cases are, of course, confidential and no further details can be released or links to documents provided.
